Hours: Monday – Friday, normal business hours

Roles/Responsibilities: In the role of Acquisition Program Management Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to:

  • Prepare and review acquisition documents crucial for milestone reviews and major decision points during the acquisition process, ensuring compliance with DoDI 5000 and DoDD 5000 series regulations.
  • Review all documents for adherence to relevant Army Regulations (AR) and Department of Army Pamphlets related to Army Acquisition Processes.
  • Provide comprehensive program management support throughout the acquisition cycle, including planning and execution, by preparing necessary documentation and inputs for Milestone Decision Reviews (MDRs), advising on acquisition path and strategy, drafting essential documents for acquisition decisions, and coordinating and staffing acquisition documents for signatures.
  • Maintain a detailed record of acquisition document status for each program within the PM TN portfolio, regularly reporting status updates as required.
  • Aid in the preparation of the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) and monitor and report on program execution against this baseline.
  • Offer support in the development of new requirements documentation such as Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capabilities Development Document (CDD), and Capabilities Product Document (CPD).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; BS in Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Two (2) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in preparing and reviewing acquisition documentation, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the status of acquisition documentation, supporting documentation development (e.g., ICD, CDD, CPD), and preparing and staffing Acquisition Program Baseline (APB). This experience must be within DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM) contexts. Four (4) additional years of related experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
