Position Description:

NetSEA Technologies is seeking to fill multiple Engineering (General) positions to support PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. Qualified candidates may be hired to serve in various departments or roles that align with their expertise and organizational needs. Clearance Level: US Citizen and with active Secret clearance (preferred)

Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD

Hours: Normal business hours Monday – Friday

Hybrid Eligible: Yes-as determined by agency policy

Travel: This position involves approximately 25% travel.

Roles/Responsibilities:

As an Engineer, you will utilize your expertise to:

- Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for US Army systems.

- Prepare documentation and maintain Configuration Item baselines.

- Participate in and assist in the coordination of the integrated product team and other technical forums.

- Coordinate with program, project, and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.

- Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications as needed.

- Assist in the management, maintenance, and automation of Configuration Management tools.

- Maintain proper version control of software deliverables.

- Oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments.

- Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.

You Have:

- BS in engineering, testing, or related field.

- A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of engineering experience in Tactical network design, integration, automation, and documentation. Alternatively, BS can be substituted with an additional seven (7) years of related experience performing Tactical Network engineering functions and experience with Army organizational structure and Unit task organization.

- Must be capable of participating in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.

- Ability to effectively communicate and lead integrated project team(s).

- Provides independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.
